My oldest son Russ lives in NY with his wife and my grandson, Billy (19). My other two son's in SC, Matt and John. Matt works in lawn care and John is starting his first year as the Assistant Band Director at an upstate middle school. Pictured with me are Katie's children. They are my "bonus grandkids" here in SC. In my time off, you can find me with my husband, boys or with Katie and her family. I am a member of Saint Paul UMC. I always have said our little school is the best kept secret in Greenville. Great family atmosphere! I am looking forward to an amazing school year.

I'm a single mommy to a little boy named Rovin. He will be starting 1st grade. I am so exited to do lots of creative and fun things this year with 2K. I can't wait to start learning together!

COURTNEY FABRIZIO,

K2 TEACHER

Hi! My name is Courtney and I am SO excited to be teaching your littles this year! I have a son and daughter that will both be attending OSLS this year. We found OSLS last year when my son was struggling at his previous school due to his speech delay. We came in and toured the school and within 5 minutes my son was asking me to leave so he could play. That reassurance and love we could feel from the other kiddos and teachers is exactly why I wanted to join the OSLS team. I hold a bachelors degree in Psychology. I also have over 10 years of experience working with children in various positions such as early interventionist, private nanny and teacher.

I have worked with children in a variety of settings from ABA therapy to private tutoring. My husband, Frank, and I have been blessed with 5 children & we are life long members of Brushy Creek Baptist Church, Taylors, where I have also volunteered in multiple capacities with the preschool program.  When I’m is not working, I enjoy crafting, reading, motorcycle rides through the mountains, spending time at the beach with family, and CLEMSON football! I am also passionate about animal rescue and volunteer as a foster for a local rescue. After spending the last few years as a stay at home mom, I am excited to be back in the classroom at Our Savior Lutheran Preschool. .

CLARE MCKELVEY,

K3 TEACHER

Hi! I’m Clare. I am so excited to join the OSLS staff as a 3K teacher. My degree is in biblical studies and my passion is for children. I love seeing children learn and thrive in early childhood, knowing these formative years set them up for success in all areas as they grow. I love learning about new ways to teach skills in a play based environment.  I’m also passionate about inclusion and neurodiversity, as well as the importance of early intervention and look forward to bringing this passion to our class. Before my time at OSLS, I have spent years in childcare settings in ministry, private nannying, camp environments, and as a stay at home mom to my own two kiddos who both attend OSLS. My free time is spent reading, gardening, writing, and exploring the Upstate with my family. We are active members at August Heights Baptist Church near downtown Greenville. I look forward to serving your families!

KATE MCLEMORE,

K4 Teacher/Assistant Director

I'm Ms. Kate and I am starting my fourth year at OSLS. I'm currently the 4K teacher. I grew up in Alabama but I currently live in Greenvile with my husband and our 4 amazing children, Stella (8), Will (6), Noah (6), and Emmy (1).

I have been working in early childhood education since 2007. Helping children grow and blossom is my passion. I focus on keeping my classroom challenging yet developmentally appropriate while also fun and exciting. Crafts, messy play, and sensory play are daily activities around here! I'm always researching and continuing my education to make sure that I am using best practice with the most up-to-date information! My students know they are loved and learning every day!

When I'm not teaching I'm spending my days with my family. We love exploring new places or having movie marathon days! We cheer on Clemson at every sport and love going out to lunch together. My family is my whole world and I love being around them!

SARAH HAMBY, K4 TEACHER

My name is Sarah Hamby. I am a native of Greenville and a product of Greenville County schools! I attended Winthrop University and graduated with a Bachelors’s of Social Work degree. This will be my 3rd year teaching 4K at Our Savior Lutheran School! My husband Rick and I have two children, 10 year old Jackson and 6 year old Holden. Holden attended preschool at OSLS and we loved it so much that I decided to begin teaching here after he completed pre-K!  Rick and I have been married for close to 13 years. We are huge fans of the University of Georgia and spend most Saturdays during football season cheering on our dawgs! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing game, and traveling! Our family recently took a cruise to the Bahamas and fell in love with dolphins! I truly love working with our kiddos and am looking forward to another great school year!
